Knob Creek is a nine-year-old bourbon bottled at 50% (100 proof). It was created by master distiller Booker Noe in 1992 as part of Jim Beam's Small Batch Collection, and is made by Beam in Clermont, Kentucky.

Knob Creek describes it as a pre-Prohibition style of bourbon. The long ageing and high proof give it a full body, with toffee, roasted nuts, oak and a long, warm finish.
