Maker's Mark Bourbon Whisky

Maker's Mark uses soft red winter wheat instead of rye in its mash, which is what makes it a "wheated" bourbon. It has been made in Loretto, Kentucky, since founder Bill Samuels Sr. first bottled it in 1958, and every bottle is still sealed by hand in red wax. It is bottled at 45%.

Without the spice of rye, it is soft and sweet: caramel, vanilla and baked bread, with a gentle, round finish.
