Old Forester Birthday Bourbon 2024 is the annual vintage-dated release made to celebrate the birthday of founder George Garvin Brown, who started the company in Louisville in 1870. It comes from 12-year-old barrels and is bottled at 53.5% (107 proof), stronger than most editions.

Dark caramel, toasted oak and spiced vanilla on the nose lead into ripe cherry, toffee and baking spice, with black pepper and char. The finish is long and warm, with chocolate and cinnamon.
