Old Forester Birthday Bourbon 2023 is the 23rd edition of Old Forester's annual vintage-dated release, chosen by master distiller emeritus Chris Morris and master taster Melissa Rift. It comes from 12-year-old barrels and is bottled at 48% (96 proof).

Every bottle comes from barrels produced on the same day. The nose shows candied citrus and floral notes, then turbinado sugar and roasted nuts, leading to a rich, balanced palate of caramel, spice and oak with a long finish.
