Tito's Handmade Vodka

Tito's Handmade Vodka is distilled from corn in Austin, Texas, at what the brand calls Texas' first operating legal distillery, founded by Tito Beveridge in the 1990s. It is distilled six times, certified gluten-free and bottled at 40%. The original copper pot stills have since been replaced by much larger stills.

Corn gives it a soft, slightly sweet palate, with citrus peel, cereal and a peppery finish.

Tito's is the crowd-pleasing all-rounder: smooth enough to sip, priced for mixing. For a drier wheat vodka, try Ketel One; for a corn vodka with an organic label, Crop Organic.

Use it in a vodka soda with lime, a Moscow Mule, or a Bloody Mary. VinePair suggests it for an extra-dirty Martini.
