The Truetap Waiter's Corkscrew in full matte black is made of stainless steel and plastic and measures about 7 inches long, so it slips into a pocket or apron.
It has a double-hinged arm, a non-stick worm, a foil cutter and a built-in bottle opener. Cut the foil, screw the worm into the cork, rest the first hinge on the bottle lip and lift, then move to the second hinge to finish. Lifting in two stages takes less effort and helps keep the cork from breaking.
If you would rather not lever at all, the Twister Easy-Turn Corkscrew just keeps turning until the cork rises out.
