Widow Jane Baby Jane Bourbon 750ml

Widow Jane Baby Jane is made with a proprietary heirloom corn, also called Baby Jane, a natural cross of Bloody Butcher red and Wapsie Valley yellow corn. It is grown on John Gill's farm in upstate New York, a few miles from the Widow Jane mines.

Launched in 2024, it is a blend of bourbons aged four to six years, distilled at the Widow Jane distillery in Red Hook, Brooklyn, and in Kentucky, and bottled at 45.5% (91 proof). The heirloom corn gives a sweet, nutty bourbon with caramel, cornbread and baking spice.
