Dolin Vermouth Dry

Dolin has made vermouth in Chambéry, in the French Alps, since 1821, and Vermouth de Chambéry is still its calling card. The Dry is made on Ugni Blanc wine with 15 herbs and spices, including wormwood, speedwell, rose petals and génépi, and bottled at 17.5%.

It is lighter and drier than most big-brand dry vermouths, with fresh herbs, citrus and a clean, delicate finish.
