Use it when you want both strength and dark rum flavor in a float. It is heavier than Don Q 151, which is the better all-round tiki float; for the standard strength, there is Goslings Black Seal.
Use it by the quarter or half ounce: floated on a Mai Tai or a Zombie, or a splash in a rum punch. Never serve it neat in a full measure.
