Lolea White Spritz 750ml

Lolea is a Spanish brand owned by Zamora Company, known first for its bottled sangrias. In 2025 it expanded into wine spritzes, and the white spritz is now sold as Lolea Citrus Spritz.

This is a wine-based spritz, not a spirit cocktail, made from Spanish white sparkling wine in a 750ml bottle. The earlier White Spritz blended Macabeo and Chardonnay wine with orange juice, lemon and vanilla. The current Citrus Spritz, made by the Charmat (tank) method, uses bergamot and basil botanicals and has no added sugar.

Retailers describe fresh citrus with basil and lively acidity, and one US retailer calls it dry-leaning.

Against Chandon Garden Spritz Lemon & Verbena, Lolea is a Spanish wine spritz built on citrus and basil; for a lighter, wine-based aperitif for a group, choose Lolea.

Serve it well chilled and pour it over ice, as the brand suggests, to share. Add an orange slice or a basil leaf.
