Mount Gay Master Blender Collection 21 Year PX Sherry Cask Expression Rum 700ml

This is the sixth release in Mount Gay's Master Blender Collection, officially The PX Sherry Cask Expression. Pot and column still rums spent about 20 years in ex-American whiskey casks, then a year in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, Mount Gay's first use of PX. It was released in July 2023, non-chill filtered, at 45%, in about 4,200 bottles. Mount Gay dates to 1703 in St. Lucy, Barbados.

The sherry casks bring maraschino cherry, raisin and salted nuts, over the house's vanilla and oak.
