Salers Gentian Aperitif 750ml

Salers is made in the town of Salers in the Auvergne, in France's Massif Central, by a distillery established in 1885 that calls itself the oldest maker of gentian aperitif. It is made from the roots of wild yellow gentian and bottled at 16%.

It is pale gold, earthy and distinctly bitter, with citrus and a dry, rooty finish.
