It is fruity and fresh rather than bitter, with orange, grapefruit and tropical fruit and a crisp, tart finish.
If you find Aperol too bitter, Sarti Rosa makes a fruitier, easier spritz; for a classic orange spritz, choose Aperol. For a wine-based red bitter, try Cappelletti.
The Sarti Spritz is three parts Prosecco, two parts Sarti Rosa and one part soda over ice. It is also good with tonic and a lime wedge.
