G4 is made by the Camarena family at the El Pandillo distillery in the Jalisco highlands, from 100% blue agave with no additives. The distillery uses a mix of rainwater and spring water, and the tequila tastes bright, peppery and very agave-forward. We carry G4 Blanco, High Proof Blanco, Fermentada de Madera, Reposado and the Añejo de Madera Día de Muertos editions when we can get them.
Tip: sip the Blanco neat at room temperature to taste the agave, then try the High Proof in a margarita. Special editions arrive in small numbers.
