Bacardi Classic Cocktails Hurricane

Bacardi Classic Cocktails Hurricane is part of Bacardi's line of bottled rum cocktails, sold here in 750ml and 1.75L bottles. Older stock carries a Ready To Serve label, while newer bottles say Classic Cocktails.

It's made with real Bacardi rum, not a malt base, plus natural flavors and fruit juices or concentrate. It's a still cocktail at 12.5% alcohol (25 proof), and the 1.75L bottle pours about 14 drinks.

It's sweet, tropical and fruity, led by passion fruit with a citrus edge.

Against Bacardi Classic Cocktails Zombie, the Hurricane leans on passion fruit while the Zombie brings triple sec and orange; for a passion fruit rum cocktail at the same 12.5%, choose the Hurricane.

Keep it simple: pour over ice and serve. Fill a tall glass with ice before pouring so the drink stays cold to the last sip, and add an orange slice or a cherry if you want the classic Hurricane look.
