Baileys Chocolate Liqueur 750ml

Baileys Chocolate is made with Irish whiskey, Irish cream and real Belgian chocolate, and it rolled out across the US in September 2023. At 15.7% it is a touch lighter than the Original.

It is the most dessert-like bottle in the line: milk chocolate first, cream underneath and the whiskey well in the background. Serve it well chilled.

For coffee, stick with Baileys Original. For chocolate martinis, hot cocoa or pouring over ice cream, buy this one; it saves you adding chocolate syrup.

Baileys suggests it on the rocks or poured over dessert. Shake it with vodka and ice for a chocolate martini. Keep the bottle in the fridge and away from citrus, which curdles the cream.
