Belle de Brillet Pear Liqueur 700ml

Belle de Brillet blends Williams pear eau-de-vie from Anjou with Brillet Cognac. Jean-Louis Brillet created it in 1985 and named it after his wife, Isabelle; the Brillet family has held its Cognac estate at Graves-Saint-Amant since 1656. It is bottled at 30%.

Inside the pear-shaped bottle, it is golden and bursting with fresh-cut pear from start to finish, with almond pastry and white pepper on the palate.

For a lighter pear liqueur for spritzes, choose Mathilde Poire. Buy Belle de Brillet to sip after dinner, or as a gift; the bottle alone does the work.
