Night Orient is the alcohol-free brand of Univers Drink, based in Liège, Belgium. Arnaud Jacquemin founded the company there in 2009, and its first product was an alcohol-free sparkling drink like this one. The brand works with European production partners.

The producer labels it a sparkling alcohol-free drink based on dealcoholized white wine. The base is Airén, a white grape grown in La Mancha, Spain. The wine is made first, then dealcoholized to 0.0%, and it is sparkling. It has 23.1 calories per 100ml.
