Pure Zero Airen Alcohol Free White Wine 750ml

Pure Zero Wine describes itself as designed in Denmark and made in Spain since 2023, with the wine made and shipped from Castile. The Concours Mondial de Bruxelles lists the entrant as Smile Marketing Group, in Castilla-La Mancha. The current label reads White Nº 02.

Despite the Airén name, this is a blend: Concours Mondial gives it as 50% Airén and 50% Sauvignon Blanc. The brand says it is vinified cold and gently dealcoholized at low temperature to keep the aromas. It is under 0.5% alcohol and about 30 calories per glass, against about 125 for regular wine.

Pure Zero describes it as bright and crisp, with pear, delicate florals, lemon, subtle stone fruit and a hint of fennel.

Against Pure Zero Sparkling, the White is the still version of the same grapes and the range's top medal winner; for a crisp everyday white at the table, choose the White.

The brand suggests serving it at 6 to 8°C with seafood or salads. Once open, refrigerate it and finish it within three to five days.
