Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao Yuzu Late Harvest 700ml

Ferrand built this limited edition with cocktail historian David Wondrich, the same partner behind its original Dry Curaçao. Instead of bitter Curaçao orange, it uses ripe yuzu from Morocco, picked late for a candied, pastry-like character, on a base that includes Ferrand Cognac.
It is burnished gold, with rich lemon and vanilla on the nose. The palate is sweet and strong: candied lemon peel, butterscotch, lemon cream pie and a little nutmeg.
Use it where you would use Ferrand Dry Curaçao but want a brighter, lemony lift: a Margarita, a Sidecar or a Mai Tai. Because it is a limited release, it is worth buying a spare if you like it.
Sip it on its own over ice, or swap it in for orange liqueur in a classic sour. It works with light rum and with brandy.
More orange and citrus liqueurs are under liqueurs and cordials. Pick it up at our Brooklyn store or get same-day delivery across NYC.
