Giffard Lichi-Li Liqueur 750ml

Giffard Lichi-Li is a lychee liqueur from the Giffard house in Angers, France, bottled at 18%. It is vegan and gluten-free, with no preservatives.

It is pale pink and intensely perfumed: fresh lychee, rose and a touch of citrus, sweet and light on the palate. It is aromatic enough that half an ounce is usually plenty.

This is the bottle for a Lychee Martini that tastes of real fruit rather than canned syrup. It is also a quick way to add a floral note to sparkling wine.

Giffard's own serve is the Lychee Twinkle, with its Crème de Rose, or the liqueur neat over crushed ice. For a Lychee Martini, shake it with vodka and a squeeze of lime.
