Rhum Clement Creole Shrubb Liqueur 700ml

Clément Créole Shrubb is Martinique's orange liqueur: Clément white rhum and older rhums agricoles, cane sugar syrup, and natural orange-zest extract, with the zest peeled and dried on the island, plus macerated spices. It is bottled at 40%.

It is golden, with an orange-blossom scent, juicy orange flavor and a faint glow of cinnamon and clove on the finish. It works on the sweet side of the spiced-rum spectrum as well.

Use it where you would use Cointreau or Grand Marnier but want a rum base: a Mai Tai, a Daiquiri variation or a rum Sidecar. In Martinique it is the Christmas liqueur.

Pour it over ice with a twist, or shake it with aged rum and lime. Clément also pairs it with holiday ham and pâtés.
