Bodegas Care Tinto Sobre Lías 2024 is a dry red wine from the Cariñena appellation in Aragón, Spain, bottled at 14% alcohol in a 3-liter box, the same as four standard bottles.

It blends 75% Garnacha with 25% Syrah. The grapes get a six-day cold soak, then 15 days on the skins after fermentation; malolactic fermentation happens in tank, and the wine rests on its lees and two months in French oak.

Look for red and dark berries, plum skin, blue flowers and citrus peel, then a rich, generous palate with a velvety texture and ripe, juicy fruit.
