Dark Horse Sauvignon Blanc 750ml

Dark Horse is a California brand built around good value, and its Sauvignon Blanc is made to be crisp and clean.

The grapes come from productive vineyards across California. The juice ferments at 55 to 62°F with an aromatic yeast, then the wine ages only in stainless steel, with no oak at all. Dark Horse also sells it in 375ml cans for picnics.

The winery describes lemon and lime-flower aromas, pink grapefruit and green apple, and a clean finish of green melon.
