Glenfiddich 18 Year is matured for eighteen years in oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, which are married together in small batches before bottling. In Glenfiddich's age-stated range it sits between the 15 and the 21.

The extra age and sherry give depth while keeping Glenfiddich's smooth Speyside style. It shows dried apricot, baked apple and oak on the nose, then cocoa, leather, stone fruit, cinnamon and clove on the palate, with vanilla and citrus when water is added, and a long, dry, spiced finish.
