The Macallan 30 Year Double Cask is a very old Speyside single malt matured for at least thirty years in a mix of American and European oak casks seasoned with sherry, and bottled at 43%.

The Double Cask range balances the vanilla and citrus of American oak with the dried fruit and spice of European oak. At thirty years that becomes deep and luxurious, with dried fruit, toffee, ginger and polished oak, and a very long finish.
