The Macallan 25 Year Sherry Oak is matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain, and bottled at 43%.

The Macallan, on its estate above the River Spey, is known for its sherry-seasoned oak casks and its natural colour. At 25 years the Sherry Oak style is deep and complex: dried fruit, oak spice and warm vanilla on the nose, then dark chocolate, orange zest, roasted nuts and sherry sweetness with cinnamon and nutmeg, and a long, smooth, spiced finish of oak, dried fig and a hint of smoke. It is one of the most collected single malts in the world.
