The Macallan is a Speyside single malt distillery known for aging its whisky in sherry-seasoned oak casks, which gives it notes of dried fruit, spice and chocolate. The core range on our shelf is 12 Year Sherry Oak, 15 Year Double Cask and 18 Year Sherry Oak. Older bottlings such as 25 and 30 Year, and limited releases like the Harmony Collection, A Night on Earth and Rare Cask, come in when we can get them.
Tip: if you are new to Macallan, start with the 12 Year Sherry Oak and drink it neat or with a few drops of water. The 18 Year is the classic gift bottle. Limited editions sell through quickly and change through the year.
