The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Intense Arabica is the second release in the Harmony Collection, launched in 2022 and inspired by the Ethiopian Arabica coffee bean. It is bottled at 44%.

The Macallan, on its estate above the River Spey, is known for its sherry-seasoned oak casks and its natural colour. Ethiopia is often called the birthplace of coffee, and this whisky was made to pair with it. It has a distinct coffee character, with espresso, dark chocolate, tiramisu and sweet oak, and the packaging gives new life to organic by-products, as with every Harmony release.
