The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Amber Meadow is the third release in the Harmony Collection, launched in 2023 in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney. It is bottled at 44.2%.

The Macallan, on its estate above the River Spey, is known for its sherry-seasoned oak casks and its natural colour. The Harmony Collection gives new life to natural by-products in its packaging, and Amber Meadow's box and labels are made with recycled meadow cuttings, with photography of the Macallan Estate by Mary McCartney. The whisky pays tribute to Scotland's lush landscape, with honey, orchard fruit, vanilla and gentle oak, and a smooth, warm finish.
