The Macallan 15 Year Double Cask is a Speyside single malt matured for fifteen years in a mix of American and European oak casks, all seasoned with sherry, and bottled at 43%.

American oak brings vanilla and citrus; European oak brings dried fruit and spice. Together they give a warm, full-bodied malt with dried fruit, vanilla and honey on the nose, then toffee, ginger and orange, and a long finish of sweet oak.
