High West A Midwinter Night's Dram Limited Engagement Rye Whiskey 750ml

A Midwinter Night's Dram is High West's winter release: its Rendezvous Rye, a blend of straight ryes, finished in port casks. Every year brings a new Act, and the label plays on Shakespeare.

The base uses straight ryes aged four to ten years from three mash bills, including High West's own and one from MGP in Indiana. The port casks add dark fruit, plum, black cherry and dried fig, alongside toffee, orange peel and baking spice. It's bottled at 98.6 proof, body temperature, a detail High West likes to point out.
