The all-bourbon maturation gives a concentrated take on the Kilkerran style. It opens with key lime pie, apple jelly, honey and vanilla, turns rich and creamy with banoffee pie, vanilla custard and panna cotta, and finishes with sea salt, brine and a touch of gorse.
