Silent Pool Gin 750ml

Silent Pool Gin is made on the Duke of Northumberland's Albury Estate in Surrey, England. The distillery was founded in 2013, and its copper still was hand-built in Germany and is heated by a restored wood-fired steam boiler.

More than 20 botanicals go in, including lavender, chamomile, rose, Thai lime, grains of paradise and honey from the estate's hives. It is clear juniper with fresh mint and citrus, round and intense.
