Terrunyo Casablanca Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2025 750ml

Terrunyo is Concha y Toro's single-vineyard luxury line, and this Sauvignon Blanc comes from Block 5 of the Los Boldos Vineyard in Chile's Casablanca Valley.

Los Boldos sits at 390 meters, about 15 kilometers from the Pacific, in the coldest part of Casablanca, with morning fog, wind, and red clay over weathered granite. The grapes are picked by hand. For 2025, about a quarter of the wine was aged three months in used barrels for the first time and the rest in stainless steel, which adds density to the texture. It's vegan and sealed with a screw cap.

The winery describes citrus and floral aromas with green herbs, chalky minerality and sea-air salinity, and a palate of delicate freshness.

Against Cloudy Bay, Terrunyo is leaner and more coastal; for a mineral Sauvignon at the price, choose Terrunyo.

The winery suggests oysters and other fresh seafood, or lightly seasoned white meat.
