The 'House' Sauvignon Blanc was meticulously crafted, drawing inspiration from the traditions of fine white Bordeaux. Our approach involved gently pressing whole clusters of grapes and fermenting them in neutral French oak barrels. Subsequently, the wine underwent a maturation process on its lees, residing in a blend of concrete eggs, neutral oak barrels, and stainless steel tanks for a duration of 5 months, with regular monthly stirring.
This Sauvignon Blanc presents seductive and alluring aromas reminiscent of spearmint, melon, kiwi, and quince. It boasts a medium body with remarkable depth on the palate, offering enduring flavors of Meyer lemon and ginger, complemented by nuanced hints of pear, verbena, and Italian basil. Throughout its journey from the first sip to the final finish, the wine achieves an excellent harmony of flavors, showcasing impeccable balance, a distinctive style, and true brilliance. Enjoy the wine both now and in the years to come, as it promises to delight for the next 4-6 years.
