Balvenie 30 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 750ml

"A Gold Medal winner at the 2004 International Wine and Spirits Competition, this 30 year old Speyside single malt from Balvenie was matured in American oak and sherry casks before being bottled at cask strength. Light and perfumed on the nose, with a gentle development of a most floral honey, a slight oily roundness and allspice. The palate is warming and quite rich. A sweet honey develops, a hint of cigar leaf with nutty sherry. All the time there is an edge of smoke and malty peat. The finish is long and aromatic, it is all in the subtlety by which is departs, floral and faintly fruited."
