Bom Dia is a sparkling wine brand whose Brazilian Bubbles comes from Brazil's southern wine region. BevNET and Greene Grape place it in Campanha, in Rio Grande do Sul. The brand's site doesn't name the winery behind it.
It's made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the classic Champagne grapes, and finished as a dry Brut. The brand sells it in 750ml bottles and in 250ml cans, single or in a 4-pack. The sparkling method, time on the lees and dosage aren't published. It's 12% alcohol.
The producer calls it fresh, delicate and classic. BevNET mentions green apple, pear and citrus, and 67 Wine describes green apple, white peach and a hint of brioche.
Against L’Arche Perlée Brut Blanc de Blancs, Bom Dia is a Brazilian Brut from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that also comes in cans; for picnics, rooftops or a cooler, choose Bom Dia.
Serve it well chilled as an aperitif, or pour it with fried snacks, salty cheeses, sushi or a brunch spread. Keep the cans cold for a single glass.
