Highland Park 21 Year is an Orkney single malt aged for over two decades in sherry-seasoned oak casks.

Highland Park has made whisky in Kirkwall, Orkney, since 1798, still turning some of its own malt on traditional floors and drying it over Orkney peat, which gives a gentle, heathery smoke. At 21 years it is deep and balanced: heather honey, dried fruit and vanilla on the nose with cinnamon, nutmeg and aromatic peat smoke, then dark chocolate, orange peel, roasted nuts and toffee on a velvety palate, and a long, elegant finish of lingering sweetness and soft peat.
