Highland Park Cask Strength Release No. 5 is the fifth annual cask-strength bottling from Highland Park on Orkney, bottled uncut at 64.7%.

It is matured mostly in first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak casks, with some Pedro Ximénez, refill, ex-bourbon and sherry-seasoned American oak. At full strength the Orkney style of heather honey and gentle aromatic peat comes with rich dried fruit, toffee, spice and a long, warming finish. Highland Park is one of the most northerly distilleries in Scotland.
