Little Book Chapter 10: All the Wiser Kentucky Blended Whiskey 750ml

Little Book is Freddie Noe's annual blending series, named after his family nickname, and Chapter 10, All the Wiser, came out in May 2026. Freddie is the eighth generation of the Beam family to make whiskey, and this year he built the blend entirely from Beam bourbons.

There are six of them: a 14-year-old Basil Hayden, Knob Creek at 11 and 9 years, a 10-year-old Booker's, a 9-year-old Baker's, and a 4-year-old Jim Beam double-finished in toasted barrels and sherry casks. It's bottled at 61.3%, and it tastes rich: melted caramel, toasted marshmallow and cherrywood on the nose, then fudge, chocolate-chip cookie, cherry and baking spice, with a long finish of chocolate, leather and black cherry.
