Siempre Reposado is a 100% agave tequila from Arandas in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, bottled at 40% alcohol in a 750ml bottle.
Siempre was founded in Toronto by Alex Lacroix and Monica-Patricia Sanita-Ramirez. Since 2024 it has been made with the Vivanco family (NOM 1414) by master distiller Sergio Cruz. The agave is cooked in brick ovens, crushed with a roller mill, fermented in open-air tanks to classical music and distilled twice in copper pot stills, then rested in white American oak with a deep hand-fired char. Siempre says its tequila is verified additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker.
Expect cooked agave, vanilla and honey. The Beverage Testing Institute gives it 89 points, calling it an approachable, easy sipping tequila.
Siempre also makes an Añejo from the same distillery.
