Dalmore 12 Year Sherry Cask Select Single Malt Scotch Whisky 750ml

The Dalmore 12 Year Sherry Cask Select is a richer version of the Dalmore 12. The whisky starts in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and is then finished in a selection of sherry casks, and it is bottled at 43%.

The extra sherry time deepens Dalmore's house style. It pours amber, with toffee and dried fruit on the nose, then toffee, leather, cocoa, dried cherry and orange zest on the palate, and a dry, oaky finish when water is added. It is a slow sipper for after dinner.
