Glenfiddich Grand Cru 23 Year is matured for twenty-three years in American and European oak, then finished in French cuvée casks, which once held wine for sparkling wine. It is bottled at 40%.

The French casks add a celebratory brightness to an old Speyside malt: deep gold, with apple, citrus and brioche on the nose, then pear, light oak and gentle spice, and a long, elegant finish. It is one of the most elegant bottles in the Glenfiddich range.
