Gulp Hablo Garnacha 1L

Gulp Hablo is a project of Bodegas Parra Jiménez, run by the brothers Francisco, Javier and Luis Parra, whose vineyards near Las Mesas in Cuenca, Castilla-La Mancha, are farmed organically and biodynamically. The wine is made by Juan Antonio Ponce of Bodegas Ponce in partnership with the Parras.

It's Garnacha, bottled in a one-liter format. One retailer says it's unfiltered with low sulfites and no added sugar, and the UK distributor describes it as vegan.

The producer's notes, as quoted by Wine.com for the 2020, describe a bright ruby wine with fresh crushed cassis and raspberry, lighter-bodied and dry, with tart fruit, violets and white pepper. Retailers Champion Wine Cellars and Primal Wine both call it chillable.
