The Balvenie 25 Year Rare Marriages is part of Balvenie's Rare Marriages collection. Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE brought together casks matured in traditional American and European oak and married them in a tun before bottling at 48%.

It shows Balvenie's most sought-after flavours: bold vanilla oak, crystallised ginger and runny honey. The nose is smooth and honeyed with candied orange peel, the palate moves from vanilla oak to toasted marshmallow, fruit terrine and cinnamon apple tart, and the finish is long and gently spiced.
